Apprenticeship Program
The Center Phase Energy Apprenticeship Program is an accredited, nationally sponsored and supported program that gives employees an opportunity to enhance either their current skills, or teach them new skills and educate them in the field of electricity and distribution line work. Center Phase Energy, along with our apprenticeship partners, the US Department of Labor and Northwest Lineman College, help employees of Center Phase Energy achieve life goals by learning a trade through On the Job Training (OJT) and Related Technical Instruction (RTI). When an employee in the program completes the program, they will receive a Journeyman Certificate from the US Department of Labor. This is a 4 year program that prepares you to take on any challenge you will face in the electric utility industry. You will learn a variety of skills such as pole climbing, bucket and digger truck operation, framing poles, and installing poles in energized lines among other needed skills. This program and industry are for those who are committed to learning how to be a Lineman and requires much dedication and hard work.
This program is also available to subcontractors of Center Phase Energy.
